Useful information before requesting a quote
The answers below cover the questions that most often affect how a cleaning job is quoted or prepared. They include drying, furniture, larger-property measurement, hard floors and add-on services. They are general guidance rather than a substitute for inspecting a particular carpet, fabric or floor, because materials and previous treatments can change what is suitable.
If your question relates to a specific mark, floor finish, piece of furniture or property layout, include it with the quotation enquiry. That keeps the question attached to the job details and gives us the context needed to respond. You can also visit the individual service pages for more detailed information about carpets, upholstery, commercial cleaning and hard floors.
After your enquiry, we enter the job into Quick Quote. You receive an email with the iOS app download link and a unique code. You can scan rooms with LiDAR on a compatible iPhone or enter the room measurements manually.
You can still use Quick Quote. Room measurements can be entered manually inside the app.
